Milk is white gold baby! As Mark Rippetoe says, its good for growing baby mammals which is most certainly what you and I are.

Say it with me..."Milk is MMMMMM MMMMMM GOOD"JAKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15364493291797248614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4300141711132100203.post-67428865101790348422008-10-03T15:38:00.000-07:002008-10-03T15:38:00.000-07:00Great question Dan.I was thinking of getting one o...Great question Dan.

I was thinking of getting one of those fridges. Its either that or getting a thermos or two. I figure if I drink 1/4 gallon before and after work (thats one large glass of milk - 4 cups), then I'll only have to drink 1/2 gallon while at work. Should be doable. Hopefully. Maybe.

It's either that or a few nalgenes and my soft cooler filled with icepacks.

Tonight is my first night at work, so we'll see how it goes.JAKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15364493291797248614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4300141711132100203.post-6684829746750625852008-10-03T12:12:00.000-07:002008-10-03T12:12:00.000-07:00How's drinking a gallon of whole milk (yuck) going...How's drinking a gallon of whole milk (yuck) going to work at the office? A whole lot less 'rules' than the paleo zone diet. Its funny it takes its own type of discipline though. Gotta cook more, and attack the meals aggressively. I'm not used to pounding meals like that. My stomach felt waay full at every meal which I haven't been used to on the zoneish diet I was on. But it was fun acting like a zombie and just feasting as if there is no tomorrow.

Dan,

No worries buddy. Glad you got the sleep that your body obviously needed. I don't mind being your guinnea pig, somebody has got to do it. I'm really curious too! It'll be interesting for sure to see what happens.JAKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15364493291797248614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4300141711132100203.post-31429691674015299382008-10-02T11:17:00.000-07:002008-10-02T11:17:00.000-07:00Joe, not to make you into a test-dummy, but I'm re...Joe, not to make you into a test-dummy, but I'm really curious to see how your dedication to a program like this works for you.

And sorry about last night... I was in great need of some sleep. I fell asleep just before 9pm watching TV with Lauren and woke up just before 11am! 12 hours!

To many early appointments and payjobs.
