Squat 3 x 5 - 180lbs
Bench 3 x 5 - 120lbs
Deadlift 1 x 5 - 270lbs

Nice. How goes the GOMAD?

GOMAD is going well. I can't quite say I hit the full gallon every single day. I'd guess every 5 days or so I only drink about 2/3 or 3/4 of a gallon.

Its an easy way to get down the calories because it takes no preparation. It definitely makes it easier that I've always drank a lot of milk, so I didn't have to get used to it. It just goes down easy.
