Hit this workout on Thursday morning after working all night (I consider this wednesday's workout) at the work gym so no video and didn't have a lot of time or the program notes so did this.
Snatch on the minute - 95x2, 115x2, 135, 145, 155m, 155, 165
Clean & Jerk - 165, 185, 205, 225, 235 m the jerk
Front Squat - 3x3 225
Push Press - 3x5 155
Missed workout on Thursday due to court, shift bid and lack of sleep. Will try for a max day Friday.
Its been a rougher week. Sleep hasn't been good and been busy. I'm thinking that training 6 days a week is a bit unrealistic with working graveyards and the resulting regular crappy sleep combined with the business of life. 5 days a week seems to be doable. Can we adjust the training to make it a 5 day a week program? Also I'd like to discuss your thoughts on those inevitable times when I do miss a training session if you have any guidelines on whether I should add anything to the following workout or just continue on with the program as written?
