good job on the overhead squats...looks like your getting your balance down. As far as the back squats go, I think you should be able to jump to 300 easily. Coach Williams used to use a program called squat till u drop (STUD). It should have been called squat till u vomit (STUV). Guys went on this program and had jumps in there squats of 75 pound in just 6 weeks. We also did a lot of single leg squats using an 18 inch box that I think augmented my back squat...I need to start doing those again. Dude, my cough has been really bad the last few days so I haven't done anything. Looks like you're taking two steps forward for every one of mine.
