Bench Press - 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 175 x 3, 5 x 3 185lb + all sets w/ 40lb of chain (225lb total) PR Weighted Chin - 3 x 5 40lb Push Press - 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 175 x 5 (+15lb PR and 1 rep from 2-25-10)
