Weighted Chinups - 5 sets of Max with 25lb Tactical Vest - 8 (deadhang), 11, 10, 10, 10
Bench - 3 x 5 190lb (5 rep PR ... compare to 175x4 on 2-3-10)
On pullups I regripped the bar once each set since my grip was the limiting factor and I wanted to get in the work. Probably rested too much between the last few sets.
