Snatch 9-8-09

3 sets of weighed bar dips with 10lbs


Snatch heavy single - worked up to 150lbs

Ran out of time so did

4 Rounds Run 400m
3 min rest in between

1:12, 1:16, 1:24, 1:22

Interesting.  I did 10 rounds of 10-12 second sprints w/ 3:00 min rest on the beach a week ago.  I may have been more out of breath at the end of the 3:00 min rest doing those sprints then I was doing these 400's.  

My workouts have been a very sad state of affairs since I went on vacation.  After I get back from climbing Mt Shasta this weekend I'll have to yank up on the ol bootstraps and get back into it.  Hard routine style.
