Dip, Chinup, DB SP, Squat 2-13-10

Dips - 8, 9, 8
Chinup - 7, 7, 6
DB Shoulder Press 3 x 10 50lb (PR)
Squat - w/ 40lb of chains at the top the weights were: 205/2, 225/2, 245/2, 265/2, 285/2, 295/2 (PR)

1st time using chains. For Valentines day Kate got me 40lbs worth. Best Vday gift I can remember. Ever. Now that is love!

I'm super excited to try your chains!!! How was it compared to squats without?

It wasn't as different/weird as I thought it was going to be. Its only 20lbs less at the bottom of the squat, so its nothing too crazy. It is however awesome. Makes you feel hardcore hearing the chains, even when you are far from it.

All you have to do is come over instead of going to a BBQ and you'll be able to use them all you want!
