Bench Press w/ 40lbs of chains - 155/2, 175/2, 185/2, 195/2, 205/2, 215/2 (PR)
OHS - 155/2, 175, 185, 195 (PR + 10lb), 200 f
The 200lb OHS felt good, went real deep, but lost it at the bottom. I'm happy with my improvement on OHS, since previously my one rep max was limited by what I could lock out overhead. Split jerks instead of push presses worked well and felt solid. Bodyweight OHS is just around the corner.
