Jerk - 155/3, 175/2, 195/1, 215/1, 225/1, 235/1, 245/1, 250/1 (+10lb PR)
Back Squat - 180/5, 205/5, Max: 235/10 (+ 8 reps PR)
Good Morning - 2 x 15 115lb

Great day for Jerks, bad day for squats. Mentally crumbled under the bar when squatting. Had a handful left in me if I wasn't such a weenie. A month ago I did 230 x 18, so that puts things in perspective.
