Jerk - 175/1, 195/1, 205/1, 225/1, 235/1, 245/m x 2
Bench Press - 155/1, 175/1, 195/1 (PR), 205/m, 200/1 (PR +10lb)
Deadlift - 255/5, 270/3, Max 285/12 (PR + 15lb)
The bar speed on 200 wasn't quite a true limit lift. I should have tried benching 205 again. Or better yet got it the first time. 200 has been a goal for a long time though. So I should be happy. But I'm not. 200 is pathetic. Don't even have a bodyweight bench. Lots and lots of room to improve.
