**Rest Week**

Shoulder Press - 65/5, 75/5, 85/5
Chinups - 10, 9, 9
Dips - 3 x 5 w/ 5lbs

Felt retarded doing such light weight and not working hard. Hopefully it'll help the gains to keep coming long term.
