Jerk - 195/2, 215/2, 230/2 (PR), 250/F,1, 265/Fx3
Squat - 135/5, 185/4, 225/3, 255/1, 275/1, 285/5 (PR), 255/5, 3 x 5 227.5
Left knee bothering me so stopped at the third set at 227.5. Planned on 5 sets. Low back super tight. I guess the combination of yard work, jerks and squats and its pooped. Need to strengthen that sucker up.
