Snatch - 20 in 20 min - 125lb
Clean and Jerk - 125x2, 155, 185, 200x3 (80%), 212.5x2 (85%), 225 (90%), 237.5 (95%), 225 (90%)
Front Squat - 225, 245, 265x3

Snatch - Missed two reps... Not heavy. Over pulled/lost it behind on one, and didn't get my weight on my heels/lost it out front on the other.
C&J - Felt heavy but doable, not locking out my jerks like I should be.
Front Squat - Might have been able to get a little bit more, but this was pretty heavy for me today.
