Weighted Dips

5 x 15lbs
5 x 25lbs
4 x 40lbs (PR) Failed on 5th rep...just couldn't quite lock it out

AMRAP 10min:

5 Push Jerk 135lbs
10 Pullups
15 Kettlebell Swings 70lbs

11 KB Swings short of 4 rounds

Should have pushed harder to get the full 4 rounds.
