Dead, GHR 7-28-10





Deadlift - 335, 365, 405, 430 (+5lb PR), 460 F, 450 (+ 25lb PR compared to 4-11-10), 415x2 (PR)
GHR - 3x12
2x1:00 Plank hold w/ 50lb

460 came off the ground a couple inches but I dumped it because back was rounding. 450 was heavy but it went up.
