Hike. SP/situp/pushup/pullup 7-25-10




Hike 7 miles. Get sunburned. Dive off cliffs. Good fun in the mountains.

Kind of dumb wod but better then nothing considering limited equipment and chose a wod that Josh could do despite his knee injury.
