Jerk, Bench, Muscleup/Clean 7-29-10

The real reason we all train ...



Jerk - 195x2, 215x2, 235, 250 Fx2, 235, 235 F
Bench - 135x5, 155x5, 175x4, 195x2, 210x2

Very underwhelmed ... so punished myself and scaled up from the 2009 Norcal Regional which used 185lbs ..

Max reps in 10 min (minimum 10 muscle-ups and 10 Cleans):

Muscle-Up
Ground to Shoulder 205lb

Total: 33
