Death by Pullup 1-8-09

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute . . . continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

14 rounds + 14 pullups.  Missed 15th rep by one second!  Doh!

Compare to 7-3-08 where I barley got 14 rounds in with 3 seconds to spare

Not real pleased with this.  Was hoping for a better performance here.  Pullups used to be a strength of mine.  But I haven't included them in nearly enough workouts recently.  For a year of Crossfit under my belt I should be further along with them.
