Compare to 11-21-08 with 115lb power cleans and bar dips. Most dips I put my foot down for help out of the bottom: 8:34
Very pleased with my dips today. I didn’t put my foot down once. Thats the first time ever in any named WOD. All reps were clean and full ROM.
