7 Deadlifts 225lb
7 Bar Dips

This was a pretty good one.  First round unbroken in 54 sec.  Finished third round at 4:32.  Last two rounds took 5:30.  Tweaked my low back on the second to last deadlift.  Hopefully its not too bad.
