Grace 1-15-09 Squat Clean and Thruster/C2B Pullups 1-14-09

Woah!  Smoked this one!!  Sub 5!  Felt solid throughout the entire workout.  I'm super excited about this PR on probably my favorite workout. I was looking forward to do this one, thinking about it all day.  Was a little nervous right before the workout, as I felt the adrenaline tingling in my hands just like before a big playoff game.  It helped to be the last of 4 guys to go.  The anticipation built up and was ready to roar at the call of 3-2-1-Go!

Cashout: Pushups 30 - 25 - 20 ~2 min rest in between

I've never really do any chinups and what better way to introduce them into the repertoire then chest to bar chinups?  This was a good heavy metcon.  Plenty of pain filled fun.  Got my second large tractor tire today.  It weighs 275-300lbs.  My other tire weighs 375-400lbs.  Stacked on top of each other they stand 34" high and make for a great tire jump.
