Weighted Ring Pull Ups 1-5-09

Taking it easy for a recovery week.  And chose a workout to not stress my low back.

Warmup:

2 Rounds
2:00 min jumping jacks
10 Handstands

20lb x 1
30lb x 1
35lb x 1
40lb x 1
45lb x 1
50lb x 1
55lb x 1
60lb x 1
65lb x 1
70lb x 1 - Failed...Got 90%, just not the last final couple of inches

Missed my straight bar pullups PR by 5lbs which I got on 7-30-08
