Single Leg Squats 2-15-09

Single Leg Squats 

5 x 95
3 x 115
3 x 135
3 x 155 (PR +10lb)

Took it easy and just did some single leg squats with my rear foot on a 12" box.  Had a bit more in me but stopped there.  Will PR next week.  No metcon today.
