CA WOD #6 7-28-09

Week 2, Day 2

  • Overhead squat - heavy single
  • 65 x 3, 85 x 3, 105 x 3, 125 x 3, 135, 155, 175 f on jerk, 165 f
  • Muscle snatch - heavy single
  • 65 x 3, 85 x 2, 105, 115, 125, 135 f, 135, 140 f
  • Power snatch - 80% x 1 x 4 125lb

  • 1000m Row - 3:41

    Felt a bit out of it today.  Certainly didn't feel like last week when I put up 180lbs on the OHS.  Oh well.  On the bright side my neck is feeling much improved.  Should be 100% by tomorrow.  Checked the workout box for today.
