200 f - wussed out and didn't get under the weight, f - dropped it at the bottom of the squat, then got the clean (PR) but f the jerk
That makes for a PR with 200lbs in a full clean. I'm happy with that. I didn't have time to try again to see if I could squeeze out the jerk. When I fail on heavy jerks, its almost always be because the weight gets out in front of me when I try and lock it out. I need to roll some video and figure it out.

Did you figure out how to get follow up comments emailed to you when you post on my blog?
We both use google (blogspot)... So all that is necessary is to check the box that says "Email follow-up comments" and you should be good.
