  • Snatch - heavy single
115, 125, 135, 145, 155 (PR +10), 160 f x 3
  • Clean & jerk - heavy single
135, 155, 175, 185, 195 (f)
  • Front squat - heavy single
135 x 3, 170, 190, 205, 220, 230 (f)

I'll do the following metcon after work...

25-20-15-10 reps for time:
Kipping pull-ups
Knees to elbows

today's ME squats and 'mary' light felt right, so i regret to announce:

i think i am going to hit up another CFSB cycle and try and focus on oly stuff for skill work and metcons.

i just don't have enough proficiency in the oly lifts for a 10 week cycle at catalyst.

sorry bro.

i'm definitely going to keep it in mind and come back to it.
