A very small reset based on Jeff's comments this weekend. Focused on sitting my hips in over my feet, getting as deep as possible, pushing my knees past my toes and pushing with my quads out of the hole instead of using so much hip drive out of the bottom. Made it a bit harder, but its satisfying to work on my quad weakness. My front squats were looking a bit too much like a low bar back squat. As Jeff put it; it wasn't wrong, but it wasn't optimal either.

Deadlift were unbroken. KB swing 10, 10, 7/3 Ring Pushup: 10, 5/5, 5/3/2 Each time I rested I took 5 breaths and then back at it.
