Ring Dips 5-13-09

Ring Dips

I was going to do Helen at One World today but didn't have the time.  Doh!  With the little time I had I did a quick 3 sets of dips, maxing out on my first set.  3 or 4 weeks ago my max ring dips was 6.  The ring dips in my cash ins have been paying off.

I hadn't been to your blog in a while...need to post some more pictures man. I also noticed that you haven't posted anything since the 14th. I'm assuming that since you haven't worked out in two days that you have quit working out entirely and are now selling all your equipment. put me down for you pendlay bar and colored bumpers, i could really use them. If you aren't quitting crossfit, please post a reasonable explanation for why you have missed two days in a row of working out, like both your legs got chopped off or something. but even if that happened you should still be able to do some dips in the hospital while on the mend. the only reasonable explanation i can think of is that there was an earthquake in the bay area that caused your entire house and every crossfit gym within 100 miles to collapse completely. but even then you should be able to do some body weight workouts. okay, i cant think of any good reason to miss two days in a row....you better explain in your next post.
