I'm very excited to make progress with my shoulder press.  Even though I'm using micro plates and really haven't worked the 3 rep scheme much at all...I'll take anything I can get.

First time doing this as RX'd.  Was planning on doing the Porch version of 4 rounds.  I finished the 4th round at 10:01 and decided to just finish her off.  I'm sure my abs will be wrecked for the next couple days.
