This is a good sprint type workout. Lots of fun when you are really pushing the pace. My eventual goal is to do this around 3 min as this would be a full out Burpee sprint pace with ZERO rest.
Then I worked on Overhead Squat form:
45# x 5, 65# x 5, 85# x 8, 85# x 7,85# x 8, 85# x 8
